  • Change your eating habits but avoid starving. Take 5-6 small healthy meals in a day and only two large feeds.
  • Do right exercise to lose weight. Different exercises are there to follow to lose different types of weight. To lose weight you need to do an exercise that will make your body a chlorine burning machine.
  • Do aerobic workout for one hour in a day. Morning walk is very necessary to lose weight.
  • Green tea is another tool to lose weight. It helps you to reduce weight because it retains your body from absorbing more fats.
  • It better regulated blood sugar after meals and also reduce one’s appetite. It will serve as magic weight loss solution.
