Healthy hairs are the real asset of a personality and add to the beauty of a person. All males and females are very conscious about their hair that how they can improve health and look of their hairs. I at my salon always give tips to change their diet schedule for the health of hair. Healthy diet plays a key role in growth and health of one’s hairs. Here are some special tips regarding healthy food to follow to get healthy hair to look more gorgeous and more beautiful:
1). Fresh vegetables like Spanish, fenugreek or broccoli are very useful for healthy hair. Other vegetables that are rich in Vitamin A and C must be included in the diet schedule to get healthy hair.
2). Chicken and eggs make the hair healthier.
3). Beans are very rich in proteins that enhance the growth and health of the hair.
4). Nutrients including proteins, iron, zinc, lignans, Vitamin A and C, water and biotin are considered as best for hair growth and health. All these nutrients can be found in chicken, eggs, milk, yogurt, turkey, red meat, fruits, dried beans, walnuts, leafy greens, green peppers, broccoli (Gobi) and Spanish.
5). Carrots are also very useful for eye-sight and health of hair.
6). Grains should also be included in diet schedules as some people rely on fruits and milk etc.
